I recently discovered this video of a talk Mark Bittman gave about troubles with our food supply. I have been a fan of his cooking for a while, but I had no Idea he had views about our food chain that so closely paralleled my own. I suppose if you come here with any frequency, it will become clear that I, as well as many others, believe that the way we produce and distribute our food in this country cannot continue in this fashion.
