Combine in a mini queez or with a mortar and pestle.
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon ground rosemary
1 teaspoon summer savory
1/2 teaspoon lavender (optional but traditional)
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
a pinch of fennel seeds
a crumbled bay leaf
