Cashew Pumpkin Pasta

  • Soak raw cashews in water for 30 min.
  • Fry or grill vegie sausages till cooked. Chop into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  • Boil pasta in plenty of water.
  • In the meantime, drain cashews.
